To change the size of the .gif, goto: Modify>>Image size

You're only worried about the pixel dimensions and not the print size.

To get the output, goto:File>>Export preview

Here you can make a lot of changes that can make the file smaller.  Make sure you are on the options tab.  For Format choose animated gif.  For palette, the best for this file is Web 216.  The problem is that with a dim. of 80X69, the smallest filesize that I could get is ~22kb.  You can use Black and White for the palette and get just under 12kb, but there is a big quality loss.  The main problem is that this gif has 58 frames.

Oh yeah, when done with palette and format, choose export, and save the file.
