I'm all for seeking out and enjoying small & local eateries that serve regional or ethnic-specific stuff.
But I'm not too good to eat at a chain simply because it's a franchise. They're generally predictable, quick and near where I'm traveling on or from (hwy or airport). So Pence is a regular guy that orders "fajitas" at Chili's. BFD Reminds me of all the people that bag on McDonalds yet they're still in business and the drive-thru is often crowded.
