Wow, that winning mustang was running a lot of positive camber on the front suspension

Great racing.

I would love to be behind the wheel of either type of car.

'65/'66 Mustang weighs under 3000#, Mini about half that.
The Mustang walks the Mini on the straights, but the Mini holds a harder corner.
Power-to-weigh ratio pretty evident

Those first generation Mustangs take a lot of work to make them handle worth a damn.
50+ year old unibody cars (flex big time), the suspension geometry sucks for trying to apply mechanical grip.

Eleven-second '65 Mustang in the garage

At one time I'd considered auto-cross.
Completely different animal vs. a chassis set up for drag racing

There are Mustangs that are musclecars, but not until '67. All of those in the video were '65 or '66 models.

When I first started playing it, I thought it was an Ozzy Man Review. However cool the video was, just know it could have been so much cooler.

Mustangs and Camaros == pony cars
Muscle cars == mid-sized car with a big motor.

The term "Pony Car" started in 1964 and was synonymous with the Mustang.
Sporty, compact and stylish but not always HP focused.
"Muscle Car" came later and refers to any 2 or 4 door models designed for performance.

There are Mustang variant that are clearly Muscle Cars.
Boss 429, 428 Super Cobra Jet, GT500 to name some.
