The Batan Death March. Is on the "Color of War"
series that has been running this month.

It is a real eye opener. No punches pulled.

All of this series is very educational and no PC bull.

My hat is off to those young men who had to go through that crap.

They even had parts about The american women spy "High Pockets".

She and others were tortured for over 30 days and kept their mouth shut.

They are also running series about the guns of war.

God Bless them all and the people serving today.

My Grandfather was part of the Philipine Liberation.  He saw some of terrible results of things done to those prisoners.

Take some comfort though.  He told me they slaughtered the Japanese for that.  He said they would purposely burn the fuckers alive with FT's.  They smashed apart their heads for the gold in their teeth and sometimes they were still alive.  He said no mercy was given at all.  He said the best was to get to them before they killed themselves as it was dishonorable to be captured, of course they died either way.
