That's just sweat from all the horsepower.
It's her oil gauge . . . once you stop seeing drips then add oil.
They DEFINITELY don't want to see my driveway. '62 special drips at least that much, CRX did before I pulled the motor and I've puked all kinds of fluid out of everything else. Amazing my grass isn't dead . . . at least it kills everything in the cracks

Fuck living in an HOA but I don't blame them. Oil is a lighter petroleum product than the liquid asphalt (what most people incorrectly call tar) in asphalt pavement. As such, oil will desolve the much more viscous liquid asphalt and over time cause it to evaporate leaving behind only the crushed stone and sand components. This of course destroys the pavement.

My CJ-5 leaks from every place that has oil, and maybe a few places that don't have oil. But, I don't live in an HOA, and it stays in the garage.
On the bright side, my garage floor will never rust.

At work we had to use "duck ponds", 4'x4' with 8" sidewalls yellow plastic each weighing about 30# under all equipment everything from a light plant to a D10 when stationary.
Start putting one of those down, the hoa may complain but the epa will love you. |

I don't think I've ever owned a vehicle that didn't at least leak one type of engine fluid, but I'm not dumb enough to live in a HOA neighborhood, either.
I'm also the type of neighbor that will park a smashed up vehicle in my driveway for a week that I bought at the auction. |

Just mount a tiny drip pan to the underside of the car with zip ties. This is assuming you have sufficient clearance.
