Go on a protein diet, like Atkins.
Drink two Zero Carb Isopure shakes a day (strawberry is best flavor), eat a chicken breast (grilled) for lunch. Only diet soda, lots of water. No beer. If you must drink, stick with vodka and diet soda, and not much of it.
Before practicing running, if you are way outta shape, start walking, 3-4 mph (about one second between to strikes of the right foot for somebody about 6') Start at a mile, then two miles, up to 5. When you can do 5 miles in 2 hours, start jogging 5-10 miles, by the last week, you should be able to do the run. Do your situps and pushup practices BEFORE you walk, while you have the energy to burn, you will be able to do more situps/pushups, and build more muscle this way than by walking first.
Workout for one day, rest one day. 1 day per week [e.g. Sat/Sun], eat/drink whatever you want to keep you happy and motivated (a reward, per se). Also, take a good daily multivitamin (Isopure has a lot of vitamins and minerals, but when stressing your body for quick fat loss, you need some extra everything).
Warning: You will feel a bit tired and grumpy about a week into it, but this will pass. Your body runs on carbohydrates, when it runs out of blood sugars, it starts burning fat (about 20 minutes of walking, average), when you aren't replacing the carbs you are burning by walking/situps/pushups, you will be burning fat, but have low blood sugar, same theory as to why diabetics are grumpy.
If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or any other health issue, check with a doctor before trying something this extreme.
Warning: This isn't enjoyable, but it is very functional.
Hope this helps ya! Expect to lose 10 lbs in the first couple weeks! No diet pills, just activity and no carbs.
Good luck!
