Go to Sears and buy a decent one(you may need 2)
Dont buy the shitty cheap ones with the scale....get one that "clicks" free when you reach the exact torque you set it at.

For gunsmithing work, use an inch-pound torque wrench, not ft-lbs as it cannot go low enough. Scope ring screws 15 in-lb, grip screws 15 in-lb, action screws 65 in-lb.
