Never had any feed problems with 3131 related to ammo. Once in a while I'd have a misfeed due to magazine problems or not enough lube in the action, etc. Cycles fine even on FA.
Also never had any problems reloading brass. For my once fired I average 8 out of ten that pass my sniper grade qualifications for brass. That includes cleaning then weighing, volume checking, cleaning again then depriming, re-sizing and trimming, then weighing again. Brass turns out nearly identical and once loaded will put holes in holes at 100 yds. 3131 Brass is very good IMO. I only use once fired brass for sniper rounds, but after that I use it for 55 gr, plinking, tracer, junk rounds, etc. Don't keep good track of # of loads after that.
