GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Police said a driver is facing multiple charges after a crash blocked North Pleasantburg Drive near Bob Jones University early Friday morning.

Officer Johnathan Bragg said at 1:09 a.m., two officers performed a traffic stop for a violation. Bragg said officers suspected 24-year-old Kayla Paige King of being impaired and began asking her questions.

King turned off the vehicle, but became uncooperative when asked to exit the vehicle to continue the investigation, he said.

According to Bragg, an officer on the passenger side of the vehicle opened the door to undo King's seat belt when she fled the scene, trapping the officer inside the vehicle. As she drove away, the second officer became caught in the driver's side door and was dragged about 10 feet.

King then reportedly collided with a pole and the vehicle flipped near East North Street. The crash blocked several lanes of traffic. Bragg said after the collision, King attempted to remove the officer's duty weapon from his holster.

Officers said King had hydrocodone tablets, alprazolam and heroin.

Bragg said King and the officer were transported to the hospital in stable condition.

The officer had been released from the hospital by Friday afternoon. King was later released from the hospital and taken to Greenville County Detention Center.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol said King has been charged with driving under the influence.

The Greenville Police Department signed warrants charging her with two counts of attempted murder, kidnapping, failure to stop for police, interfering with police, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

In the second picture, I'm about 50/50 on her guilt or innocence.

In picture three, I say "not guilty" with the caveat that she has crazy eyes and do not let her near your penis with sharp objects (including teeth).

With the additional evidence and the certain drug downward spiral I have to go with guilty - although I have to admit she sure knows how to escalate a DUI stop!
