Why take a perfectly good roast turkey dinner and turn it into a sandwich? View Quote Because sandwiches are awesome? Op, I think I'll make one of those tomorrow. Tonight I roasted two boneless turkey breasts in lemon, white wine and mirepoix. We had a small foil loaf pan of stuffing in the freezer from Thanksgiving. All I'm missing is the cranberry sauce. |
Looks good!
But I lol'd at the tater tots after the work you put in for the sandwich! Still would eat the tots too. |

As leftovers for lunch maybe but it seems like a lot of work to cook a turkey just to make sandwiches. Each to their own though, hope OP enjoyed it |

I wonder how that would taste on gluten fucking free bread, because apparently gluten hates my small intestines
Just make mine without the mayo please. ETA- and the stuffing. Maybe a little smashed potatoes? |

I did a roast too tonight, got back late from work so only had an hour from getting in the door to putting food on the plate, in 60 minutes I managed roasted skin-on chicken breast, roasted potatoes, roasted whole carrots, sage and onion stuffing, and homemade gravy. it was good. |
So much dericious!
Nice touch on the skin and cranberry mayo. |

I have never ever heard of this....and I like the idea Edit: meaning stuffing on a sandwich (I forgot to quote) |
1. OP lost me with onions and everythuing after that was down hill.
2. I will give OP credit for going through all that for a sammich |
looks like a heart attack
I don't really eat like that these days, but I remember the good times.... well done |
OP needs to be introduced to the fine art of deep frying turkey.
Non the less I wouldn't mind a turkey sammich, pickles and mayo please. |
Why not throw a gun in the background and make it a dinner pic?
I've made an art out of turning thanksgiving dinner into tasty left overs.
Well done. |
Holy Shit!
Super looking sandwich. Not even going to deduct points for those ghetto tater tots. |
Onions on turkey? You read that in a book or something?
I prefer turkey open-face with mashed, gravy and cranberry. Tradition can be tasty too. |
