Did the first workout today. Maxed out in 12 minutes and took frequent breaks after 20:00 Shaun T. will humble you quick! Gotta get the diet in order.

Started insanity, did the first video I saw (the test). Got done with it, and thought I was going to die. Just realized that was the basic way to track your progress. Started the actual routines, and it got worse

Did t25 for longer than insanity. It really does work, I just get lazy. I'm down about 30 lbs over 6 months,  with allot to go. I don't follow the calender, just a combo of that and running.

I have a problem with doing it with my schedule. Nights days nights days... it's hell. When do you guys do it? If I try to do it too late in the day I can't sleep.

Back in the day I used Insanity as a supplement workout.  Cardio mid morning, Insanity in the afternoon, and then a lifting routine at night.  



It was pretty good stuff.

It's no joke...but it'll get you in awesome shape. I do a cycle in the spring to get into mountain bike shape.
