I will admit less than a $100. But I plan on contributing a lot more 2015. I am also supporting the NRA using amazon smiles program that  donates to the bra legal defense fund. http://www.nrablog.com/post/2014/08/26/NRA-Foundation-joins-AmazonSmile-charities-list.aspx

Any other ideas on how to easily donate. I am thinking of foregoing a major firearm purchase and redirecting that money towards investing towards the future.

Poll incoming

ETA: I publicly declare that in 2015 I will spend at least $500 to protect gun rights Who is with me? make your own declarations

$250 to the NRA last year.

And I use the NRA credit card, so they get a percentage of that from my expenditures.

Well I never really thought about it, but I guess I spent about 400 bucks on it. Mostly NRA memberships for the girl scouts. I'm in for 500 this year, what with inflation and all.

I reupped a 3 year membership to the NRA, donated to Nolo's lawsuit, donated to one or 2 pro gun politicians, can't even remember which ones, to the total of about a grand, maybe a little more.

About $750, spread between those in my signature.  There are many against us and the sad truth is that it takes money to fight back.

Bitching here does jack squat.   Open your wallet, because once you lose something,  it is much tougher to get it back. That's one reason that I refuse too compromise on any aspect of the 2A.

$25 or whatever an NRA membership costs. I think that's it.

Became an EPL NRA member this year and my wife got a yearly membership.  So, not a lot, but we're doing what we can financially.

Does buying copious amounts of guns, ammo, parts, count?

I donated about $500, spent my money buying stuff, especially Black Friday through New Years sales.

Member of NRA and GOA plus donated to NRA-ILA a couple of times. Plan to keep doing the same.

There will be NRA membership giveaways for Independence Day and Christmas in 2015. I don't know about five hundred bucks worth, but I'll get something done.

Upgraded to NRA Life member with EPL, dropped a couple hundred at the local Friends of the NRA event.

Under $500 this year.  I'll probably upgrade to life with TSRA this year, so it'll probably be about the same in 2015.

Thanks to those who do more than I, and if there are people reading who want to do more, I'll repeat my usual: Join the NRA, join your state level organization, donate to NRA-ILA, attend your local Friends of the NRA events, and teach someone to shoot.
