So I had a renter that left, (he told me but left without a forwarding address, quit his job too, and didn't leave me the keys or garage opener). He left the shed full of bug eaten trash, but had a nice wheeled tool box in there. This was in it with some other clothes. I have no way to get ahold of him and it has been a few months. So it is mine to dispose of.  But if you notice....it is locked.  |

I have some tenants for 3 years now that should be paying a whole lot more rent, but they keep the place so squeaky clean and never bother me that I just have to let it be. I've had the ones that just up and leave and trash the place. Don't wanna go there anymore.
