So it's $35 to reregister fingerprints and $13 per gun every 3 years. After 90 days without registering you get 1 year in prison and $1000 fine for each gun!

When I, moved out of dc I went to get my old registration forms pulled. I advised the, " clerk" that since I was no longer a resident that they had no legal grounds for keeping my past registrations. ... I was told that "yeah well, we just keep them in case something happens in the future. " whatever.
