Do you have a link to the source? Are you talking about a bill in the New York City Council to ban toy guns in the city or some other bill that would affect NYS? TIA
Many firearm related bills are introduced in the NYS Assembly and Senate but the vast majority of them never make it out of committee. |

I better stock up on my pre-ban super-soakers. The politicians here are unbelievable. azcop: as to what's next-no smoking in bars or clubs. This shit has to stop. |

FYI, did you know New York City bans airguns even though federal law prohibits banning airgus? |
