IMHO, to be a stamp collector, you always need to be thinking about the next purchase.

I have 4 stamps, but have not purchased or built anything in years.

<--- sadness, shame, etc,

Doesn't matter what it is. You can collect AOW's.

In fact, what stamp collection is complete without a red?

I wouldn't call myself a stamp collector unless I had at least 5, at least one or two pending and plans for more.

ONE!!! If it is the stamps I'm thinking of, the first stamp gets the ball rolling. after that they quickly multiply.

Scam. It's pure revenue generation for the USPS. Better to buy silver. The traditional ratio of silver to gold is 16:1. Presently it is about 64:1. When the price suppression ends, the potential for silver exceeds gold.
