I stopped at beer junction in west seattle today and grabbed enough of a variety of pils and lager style beers that upon checkout a guy behind me replied to his GF or SO "that is impressive"

slightly disappointed by the lack of Czech beers. they had the norms, but for the truly gifted Czech beers I go to the Russian store near by. also the ruskies make some impressive pilsner style beers. luckily I already had a few left over from this week.

That it is, was able to try the Parabola & Velvet Merkin private reserves too this past year. Firestone definitely puts out good quality brew.

I finished up the vanilla extract bout an hour ago. Since then, I'm halfway through the rubbing alcohol. In another hour, it's on to the prestone antifreeze. I'm taking it easy. Lots to do tomorrow.
