Had a gorgeous 27 degree day with little wind here in ND and decided that all that stored up ammo isn't just going to shoot itself. My 11 year son seems to be a natural...He out shoots me with the M&P 9 and SR22....
30 yr old with even older scope 10/22 took him 3 shots @ 25 yards (snow too deep to go further) to find the dead center bull - then shredded it with the remaining 27 
His first shots with the DPMS - he was all

I love to take my kids shooting and have started a bunch of other kids shooting. Red

 A day I'm sure you will always remember. Your son too. Cool to think that he'll talk about this day with his son on their first day out.

I didnt even really need to do allot of extra safety talk....
Cub scout training and time training with airsoft really paid off. He just had to get familiar with the new equipment Had a couple of FTE's but he was limp wristing. Once corrected, sharp as a tack. |

I bet you you could find some dad that wants to go out..... Ive been waiting for this for a long time....trying to accumulate some firearms for this fun My daughter likes to shoot to, but she had a mall date  with one of her friends and she didnt want to get cold..
No one wanted to shoot my .357 tho.....I understand why tho, my wrists were achy after 50 rounds |

The low pro classic which was purchased Dec '12 was the last retail AR sold in Fargo for some time....I was on the phone with the wife ( yes I asked permission) as I watched people take three at time out of the case.....It was all that was left and Ive enjoyed tinkering allot. I thought Harley's were bad about accessories, The AR platform is a blast. |

Its pretty nice.... Its marked out to 300yds....cant wait to get my scope since its free...it can attract some undesireables, and you just wait until they leave
