Well hopefully he and the other guy gets a rouge jury. Unlicensed CC being a felony is fucking stupid.

Half of GD was rabidly supporting his arrest because he "destroyed public records". I'm sure they'll be along shortly to do so again.

The more I read about this case, the more it looks like he's in trouble for tampering with official records to hide what he did, rather than getting upset that he overturned an arrest.
