All photos are marked "not for publication" on their backs. Circa 1944? It's neat to see crews who are geared up loading into a truck.

One of my favorite aircraft. My father worked in the Lockheed plant in California, building those planes.

Friend of mines dad was a P38 pilot, he told me they were the sexiest/scariest plane he ever flew.
