Hollow words....While YOUR NRA diminishes a right to a licensed privilege.....This is a quote from there last oral argument before the 9th Circuit Court....A lot of SILENT members out there....
Judge: Are you asking specifically for a license to carry concealed weapons? NRA: Yes your honor. NRA: ...We're not disputing that they should have to have a license, that they should go through training, that they have to get 3 letters of recommendations from their neighbors and do background checks....
