But tomorrow I will need 16. Which averages out I guess. So it's a roller coaster. I have great days when I feel almost normal, then days when I am like, "wtf, over?" So...I dunno. I think I'm getting better. Sort of? I'm trying to not stress about it, cuz stressing doesn't help. |

It took me a while to get where I could even go upstairs to my kids room. One day soon you will be like wow did I just have a simi-normal day? That will be a good feeling but it does take time. We are flying in to Boston and before we drive up we are going to check out some colonial history stuff, and then hitting New Hampshire just for some cooler weather, fall colors and actual water to see. More clouds and wind. We still hit 115 here but it’s usually a few degrees cooler. I at least get a little relief when I come home. |

Had the weirdest thing happen yesterday. I Was running a mini jack hammer and leaning into it really hard. I had my the side of my abdomen on the top of it as I leaned into it, no problems or pain or anything, I’ve done it a million times. All of the sudden it just felt like my rib caved into the back of my abdomen. Put me on the ground. Rib broken pretty good, they said I was lucky I didn’t lacerate my liver. Weirdest damn thing, I went from being fine to feeling like I got shot again, my body position hadn’t changed, there no was no pain or discomfort prior to it happening etc.
