For my fellow watch emthusiasts, what do you consider to be the best value in a watch for under $500. Please keep in mind, style, function, durability, reliability, accuracy, features...
My vote goes to the Ollech and Wajs submarineresque M series. Can be viewed at www.rltwatches.com
I have the M4 without date, it is amazing for around $250 shipped from England. The military chronograph at $475 shipped looks amazing as well.
Opinions, favorites?
BTW, found three great Heuer and Tag Heuer divers on ebay for under $300 each. One was a vintage Heuer 2000 that I paid $300 for. I got a brand new in box, tags attached two tone 1500 with a mother of pearl looking face for $200 and an SeL with a leather deployment strap for $250. I would count these as my choices for under $500, but they are either used or hot at that price so I don't count it for these purposes.
Figure this is also a good way to find out what else might be out there to add to my collection.
