This guy shot himself, a saftey instructor...just goes to show that you cant be careful enough.
Edited to add: my buddy said he had his 45 loaded and strapped to his waist... he bent down to move his machine gun and caught the trigger on a wire or something, he was like 'squatting' when it went off and it was aimed right thru his calf, so it went in, then came out like 3 inches below where it went in at... but man it was a friggin BLOWOUT hole!
