Beautiful land and people... and a nation worth fighting for.

socialists and dont allow you to have guns
too many people trying to kill you
and I think you have to be Jewish

Have you actually been there? I have... And if I was to become a citizen, just like here, I'd be allowed my gun rights.

You must not be familiar with Detroit, and Flint michigan...

Things must have changed drastically since I lived there for a few years back in the late 80's / early 90's... when every citizen I saw on a daily basis walked thru tel aviv with their uzi over their shoulder, with their brief case on the way to work. Mc David's burgers were decent too.

You guys are lying to yourself. We are past fucked, we are sloppy seconds. It is hard to get a job overseas with a non American company as a citizen of the USA because our tax laws are so oppressive.

I don't think anyone is making such assumptions.  It's just a fantasy thread.

If you're fortunate enough to have a parent or grandparent who was born in some European countries you can very easily get dual citizenship, though.

All the EU nations with hosed economies are flooding the Swiss with job seekers that get first pick over all non EU nationals.  It's hard to get a foot in, right now from my research the best way is to be independently wealthy or transfer in to Switzerland from a Swiss company with a US business presence.

If things go the way they are (bigger government/socialism/communism/less freedom) I may consider moving to another country. Maybe not now but in the near future I'm considering it. I'm patriotic and an OEF Vet but it seems like the people have spoken and want to move forward away from our original beliefs. I'm finding it harder to do business here in the US due to the current feelings of the people here. So, the question is where to go....Brazil, Switzerland...???

I want to stick it out but don't think the American people have the will to do what is needed and I dont mean writing letters begging to keep their God given rights. I hope I'm wrong!

EDIT...explain why you pick that country.

Nothing socialist/communist
something with good gun laws and low taxes
