Here's my cool story bro.
I've been popping in all the big box stores everyday because I'm off all week and what the hell. I just missed out at this WM yesterday afternoon. They had got in 200 cans of the LC XM855 and sold them all that morning for $150. Anyway there's this counter guy chatting to the other counter guy about how he gets off work soon and is going to buy the Colt that just came in and he had stashed in the back. He mentioned something about his employee discount yada yada. I calmly walked over to the ASS MGR on the other side of the counter and asked him if he would mind checking his computer to see if he had any Colt 6920's in stocks. He did and he did and I said I''ll take it please. |

I checked out the local Walmart that actually carries guns today and came up empty. Checked out Cabela's, and a few other places with no luck. Considered checking out Adco, but I know how the rules work. If I can afford to spend anything, he has no stock. (Confirmed by their web site)
I DID run across twp Bushmaster carbines at Bass Pro, though. Like a damn fool, I stood there and debated buying one instead of simply saying, "I'll take them both." Didn't want to hand the last one they had in the store back to the sales guy, but I had to. He needed to verify the SN and start the paperwork.
