I always knew that these forums were full of
people who are not shooters, nor gun enthusiasts
and could care less for RKBA rights.

They are just in this industry for the quick buck.

I can understand it, if you had more than 100 firearms over collecting for years and years you could forget, ever go to the back of a 60 gun safe that is packed.? It is a chore

Someone on a car forum was mortified I didn't know the exact number I own. I thought about explaining it is complicated, especially with pending NFA transfer items, but just left it.

I hide shit around the house and forget where, true story, I hid a pistol and forgot where it was, I actually went across the street and asked my LEO neighbor if I should report it, he said look around some more first.

I found it at the bottom of my underwear drawer.

No shit, got a close friend that cleaned out her bedroom closet and found $16,000 she forgot that she had hid.  We gave her hell over that one for years.  We still offer her free cleaning services on a regular basis.

Were you diagnosed with your learning disability in 2005?   Are you going to post that in any thread where someone sells something?

I once found one of my FALs in a soft case in the storage space under the stairway.

I didn't know it was "missing" and I have no idea how it got there or for how long.

Let me tell you how it goes. Last night I decided to take stock of my magazines for all guns I own. I've been collecting for 25 years, got many belt feds, drums, sticks, coffin mags, you name it. After doing a search for mags,I found mags in every room of my house, all over my basement, in every car, in every range bag, you name it, I bet there was a mag, drum, or belt within 10 ft of any place I walked in my house. Result was that I have 'found' 3x the mags than I thought I had. And I havent even looked through the garage of which I know I have them scattered about. Next up, rounding up the ammo, then firearms.

Naa, she'd go broke paying Johns .  Husband is in a business that uses cash for all their transactions with customers.  Legal business I will add.

A couple of times I've gone through my safe and had "Oh yeah, I forgot I had that" moments. One that still puzzles me is one of my Garands that I knew I had, but still to this day have no recollection of actually buying.
