I put a new battery in my scope but now it doesn't turn on, I'm wondering if something fell out when I took the old battery out. The battery compartment has a rubber seal on the inside that appears to be attached to the scope, it has a center cut out like maybe there might have been a spring or something to make contact with the metal. The cap also has a rubber seal that was between the cap and the battery. Anyone have one of these or know if I lost something,, Thanks

I don't have my scope in front of me, but it sounds like you replaced the battery in the spare battery compartment, and NOT the actual battery that powers the reticle.
