Nope, you got it wrong. This is an American Express promotion. Not some other scam BS. I have seen countless commercials on CNBC this week.
I really don't care if you participate in this at all or not. Just putting it out there. And no, they don't ask for your DOB, SS# CVV#. I have 2 amex cards and my wife and I will be enjoying a $50.00 pile of Sushi and Cold drinks at a waterfront restaurant tomorrow, courtesy of AMEX. |

A quick google search shows lots of news articles and "deal" websites showing this deal. I was also able to find the deal from the main amex dot com website. Looks pretty legit. Gonna head to the surplus store tomorrow. Thanks OP.
