I'm looking for an All-in-one that is affordable and reliable.

The priority is on cheap ink refills and reliability.

$100-$400 price range.

Inkjet is the most expensive way to print. Find a laser printer. The "ink" doesn't dry out. The newer models have an econo mode, turning off the fuser (heat element).
