asked the man to face his cruiser's hood. The deputy then went to talk with Henderson's mother in the vehicle he pulled over.
The deputy's dash-cam then captured Henderson urinating on his car. Indecent exposure?
Would have been public urination and/or vandalism where i work. Our DA will do vandalism for things that do not cause permanant damage but result in clean up expenses in either time or money for the victim. Indecent exposure here requires sexual gratification as motive and an offended victim willing to prosecute. |
