Salt Encrusted Prime Rib of Beef au Jus Aspargus hollendaise whole sweet potatoes. baked au Natural whipped potato peas and pearl onion pan seared parsnips green beans saute' with garlic and pecans. Apple, Pumpkin,pies Cheese cake NY Style with fresh strawberrys dipped in chocolate. fresh bake breads and dinner rolls, with creme' fraishe and butter., Paris, Illano and Rancho Ponte wines..

I rarely do turkey so it's something I look forward to. I'm going to to the Alton Brown turkey, the Robert Irvine cranberry apple sausage stuffing, and grown up mac and cheese. The gf is going to do Alton's green been casserole, and my mom's making a pecan pie.

I had my Thanksgiving a couple days ago and I m going to one more tomorrow too.
So I've been eating turkey, and ham, and taters, and baked green beans for the last week lol. |
