I have 2 dates in the next 2 weeks, and I wasn't even looking. the odd thing is, they both gave me their numbers. we've been texting back and forth, and both of them what they want more than just a friend. 1 of them is a 40 year old nurse that I will be seeing tomorrow night, the other is a 22 year old college girl that I am going out with next Tuesday. the funny thing is that I in no way solicited their numbers, hell I don't even think I acted interested in anyway. I haven't even had a girl give me her number in years.

well, will see how it goes, I haven't been on a date in years and I don't even think I remember how to be single

This is a WIDE perspective due to their age.

Personally - if they are " even steven " - I'd go with the nurse.

Are you sure you're ready for dating yet? Gotta be happy with yourself and your life before you can be happy with someone else, and IIRC you went through a bad separation somewhat recently. Took me about a year and a half before I was ready to date after my last bad breakup.

With that said....

I don't trust nurses at all, and early 20s = often leads to drama(past ex's, drug/alcohol usage, etc) and them randomly/suddenly getting bored. Both could be great lays, though.

As a 32 year old in college, I would agree with all of the above. Considering I was in the real world for a decade before going back to school, I would have a major bias towards the 40yo, even if the 22yo was mature for her age.

I can say that I would at least give both a spin though.

I'm not wanting anything serious, but if I were I agree with you on the nurse. however, at my age I'm not sure how many 22 year old with low self esteem and daddy issues are going to come along

My bet is that the 22-year-old will implode from jealousy, while the 40-year-old ramps up her attractiveness ratings.

OTOH if they meet:

A few thoughts.

1) The nurse is probably more take charge. You and she can plan the date together. If she wants to f*, SHE will make the first move. Don't be a whiny pussy.
It will turn her off immediatly. Ask questions, listen to her, don't give advice. Sit next to her at dinner. Buy her a glass of champagne. She should give you
an unforgettable night in bed.

2) Little miss sunshine. Take charge. You plan the date. Don't ask her opinion. Make sure she orders the filet mingon and has a cosmo or mimosa.
She will get tipsy. Tell her funny, interesting and amusing stories. Dominate the conversation. When you get home, just assume you are going all the way.
Bang her brains out at least twice and once in the morning.
Don't call or text her for at least 2 days.

Women notice when you really don't give a damn about HAVING to have a woman. As long as you are halfway decent looking, keep yourself in generally good shape, have a reasonable financial base, and are self assured, women are interested as long as you don't act like you need them.

It's weird but true. I've been single for the past couple of years and I don't want any long term relationships. I don't even lie about not wanting one. And yet, I've had more women attracted to me then any time in my life. And I'm not anything to write home about looks wise, I'm always fighting 20 lbs, bald, and you'd never pick me out in a crowd. I am polite and pretty damn good at fixing stuff and have a reasonably decent job and though I make it a habit of NEVER dating a woman I meet while on the job, if I changed that rule, I'd have 5 dates a week. [I like having a job though and I won't be changing that rule anytime soon]

I think that women nowadays like the challenge of landing a guy who isn't interested just as much as guys like the same challenge with women. The problem lie's more in what to do with them once you've done that..........
