A federal judge today ruled against Hobby Lobby by making them provid the morning after and weekly after pill on their company insurance. Hobby Lobby is a Christian owned company who's owner ownes Mardel's, a Christian bookstore. The company faces fines up to 1.3 million dollars a day if they don't comply. Anybody else love Obama care. Can you believe this crap?

I would close the business the day after the ruling came out.

Correct me if I am wrong but the judge only denied an emergency injunction.

They are not changing their views. Can't believe this is being enforced by a federal government.

Quoted: The morning after pill is an abortion? That was my first thought. I have no idea what the weekly after pill is, so I refrained from commenting, just in case. |

Well fuck my multitasking this weekend.
I was going to buy a ball of yarn and knock up the hottie at the register Now I have rub one out in the vacant picture frame aisle |

The title is NOT misleading if you believe life starts at the moment of conception. Many do.

All of my employees would suddenly become 39 hour employees.

Quoted: The title is NOT misleading if you believe life starts at the moment of conception. Many do. I do. The fact remains that the morning after pill is generally thought to not stop implantation of a fertilized egg. So your title is misleading and one assumes purposefully inflammatory, unless you do change it. |

It doesn't matter if it is abortion or not. Hobby Lobby is being forced by the federal government to provide a good or service that they disagree with on religious grounds.
If you agree they should be forced to do this, you are part of the problem in this country. |

I hate to see our side yield to it. |

Ella, the so called "week-after pill" can cause an abortion. Research it. Don't believe me. The most important part of my post is the Feds stuffing Obama care down our throats.

I doubt anyone on Arfcom thinks a private business should be forced to do anything other than pay taxes, and some of us even oppose that! There's simply no need to lie or mislead. Leave that to the Libs. |

Sucks for Hobby Lobby. |

In the future the government will be allowed to force any company or any individual into doing whatever they want or you will be "Taxed". If you don't pay your "Tax", you get to go to jail. It's coming soon enough. I never would have thought it, but the fedgov is completely out of control. |

This country is fucked up big time. |

I am in the group I described above that thinks the government shouldn't even tax businesses, much less force benefits, minimum wages, or other regulations upon them. But thanks for playing! For the record, I feel. The truth matters a great deal, otherwise you are spouting an agenda and not facts. Our side will win if and because we adhere to the truth, not because we out bullshit the bullshitters. |

But we'll never solve anything with hyperbole and trumped up, inflammatory rhetoric. We have to win on the issues and the truth. I'd love to say we should resort to any means necessary, but then we become the other side. We can't travel down the same road as them, just at a different speed, we'll still end up in the same place. We have to change direction. It's not about titles as much as it is about being truthful. How we turn this nation around is as important as turning it around. |
