I am looking for a place that I can buy a Pre-ban colt lower that is not in 90-99%, probably more like 30-75% condition.  I am looking for something that is functional..it can look like crap.  I want to have it refinished to match a new colt black upper that I have.  Does anyone know of a place that would possibly sell lowers in that type of condition.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.  All I can seem to find is people selling colt lowers in supposed 98% condition and asking 12-1800 for just a lower.  Thanks again.
