I've ordered from them about a dozen times.Alaways perfect service.Even when a package was stolen thet took it off my CC before they even filed a claim with UPS.

The only problem I have had is, the catalog comes early in the month. By the time I order (and have money) at the end, some of the items I want are gone. (But, that's my problem....)

My first order with them I ordered several H&K mags for my USP's and I never got them. I called them and told them I didn't get them and they said, "ok" and sent me the mags again and I got those. They just said if I ever got the other ones just send em back to them. I was so suprised they didn't question me or hassle me about it. Great customer service as far as I'm concerned.

I've bought a lot of stuff from them w/o incident EXCEPT

1. I ordered 4 hicap mags for a 40 glock since I was considering buying me one. They sent me 1 mag 'cause that's all they had-I was kind of pissed 'cause I wanted 4 or none, they would've tried to stick me except I noticed that they accidently shipped me a 9 mag so they were forced to take it back. I'm confident they would have stuck it to me otherwise.

2. I also bought a bunch of the supercheap Beretta 92 mags there and they were worthless, none of them worked.

No name, god only knows & that EAGLE sucked too. That was almost worst 'cause it looked like a good mag. It reall did. I thought I was going to use a vice and pliers to get the @#$%ing thing out of the gun.

Actually I have a ramline (not from CDNN) that works fine & holds 17 rounds. But the damn thing rattles.

Don't get me wrong I still buy stuff from CDNN and will continue to do so.
