I've got my house for sale and I have an info tube on the sign that I put papers in to say what it costs and what it comes with, etc. Someone who lives in the neighborhood is coming by and taking each and every info paper in the tube. We've seen the same SUV stop and get a paper several times and a couple kids where loitering by my sign one day. The theft of the papers has been every day over a 3 week period.

Any ideas on how to get this to stop ?

Print the price and a short description on the sign. stop putting papers in the tube.

Does the SUV come by at the same day/time? If so, be ready and follow it. Might be a realtor who doesn't like FSBO.

Without several legal repercussions? No, all you can do is surveillance and calls the cops. Setting up a game camera or video capture system might get you some plates or other pictures.

This right here! Take a pic of them stealing the papers, print in huge letters on the pic: "STOP STEALING MY FUCKING PAPERS!!!!!!!" Put that in the tube then film them taking them the next time.
