I screwed around and missed out on the AR15.com logo ones, but ran across an M16-13 carbon the other day and grabbed it. However, after I got to looking at it, I noticed that part of the blade had what appeared to be small rust spots. Called CRKT and they're going to send me a new one.
Anyway, today I went to a customer's house for an inspection and found out he was an FFL dealer and also sold knives. I was telling him about the one above and how I planned on getting the M16-14LE.
What a surprise! He had them right there! We did an even trade for one and I'm going back next week to install a couple of caps and a minor repair and he's going to give me the M16-14M (the green one) in trade!
If anyone hasn't seen these or how they work:
Just place your finger on the knob on the back,

Other than a Leatherman Tool and a Victorinox SwissTool, I'm not normally a knife guy. But there's something about these that just feels good holding them in your hand.
