Been looking at the Sportz Truck Tent in Cabela's catalog.
I'm thinking this just might be the thing as an option for overnight hunting/camping.
Does anyone here have any experience or opinions on how this product works/installs/holds-up ???

If you go up to the mountains with a truck load of stuff, where you going to store it when your tent is set up ? Then what if you want to drive down the road to pick up something and then return to your camp? Those things sound neat but turn out to be a royal pain in the end. You would be better off to get a shell on your truck or just get a good tent and the hell with it. My solution I arrived at long ago was a Coleman tent trailer. Still got a truck to haul my elk in and tow my house behind. Also have a North Face VE-25 4 season tent to use for "light " trips.
