You're talking about a Windows background?
Right-click on a free spot on the desktop, go to properties, chose "No Wallpaper" and somewhere there in the settings is an option where you can set the color you want the desktop background to be. Or you can wait 4 weeks, 'til I move to Texas, and I'll fix it :) |

As in for the desktop? You don't need wallpaper for that. Just set the wallpaper to
