I picked up this Marlin model 70 the other day. Came with a soft case, a 7 round factory mag and an aftermarket 25 round mag. The scope is a cheap POS that looks like it's for a BB gun. The little rifle is missing it's front sight. Know where I could find one? Numrich is out.... Otherwise, although it's been used, it is in good condition. I traded the guy 6 USGI 30rnd post ban Center Industries mags for it. I paid $5.40 each for the mags I traded, making this gun cost me $32.40. Not a bad deal.... |

With your eyesight you probably don't need the front sight anyway.

Nice snag - better than my Glenfield tube feed I paid $20 for & had to glue back together. FYI, don't try to zero it w/ Stingers - that cheap scope will wander like Moses in the desert. Sadly, the Presbyterians probably broke it again after they gave me $50 for it.

Call Marlin. I've had no problems getting parts in the past. You can try Jack's First gun for hard to find parts too if Marlin can't help.
