Lets see, first off he is against Kyoto on principle. So he pulls us out of the treaty. Now hes for the treaty and against global warming. Remember, he is only pro-gun now. But since he doesn't hold fast to any set of core beliefs, he more than likely will try to outlaw guns as well. King George is all over the board.

I don't think Kyoto can be considered "core beliefs" unless you worship trees.  So if he's only "pro-gun now" than the only issues he has  a opinion on is Kyoto and the Second Amendment? Thats terribly naive or narrow minded of you to believe so. Which is it?  Apparently a compasionate conservative is far too complex for you to comprehend or appreciate.  Maybe completely ignorant of what the core beliefs of a conservative is.

 Its funny that without any discussion whatsoever that you have branded me. You guys don't know anything more about me than that I posted these pictures. Like Torf said; Bush is better than my alternative. But I don't have an alternative. I voted for Bush in 2000. Personally I can't think of too many good reasons to even keep the Presidency at all. I can find a few, but I think it's possible we might be better off without it entirely. So, before you guys drop the gavel and are ready to swing me from a tree, perhaps it might be profitable to ask questions or engage in discussion.

Usually when people come here for the first time, they read the posts, and begin contributing to them.  
A few people start right off by promoting themselves, and their websites.  That usually tips people off that you are trying to cause problems.  Why did you come here, post photoshopped pictures of the President, and promote your kooky website?  
We criticize ideas and debate politics, but your one-sided commentary speaks for itself.  Surely you understand that the majority of us hold a little respect for Bush!  If he is so evil, then why did you vote for him?

If you are here because you have an interest in firearms, then you are welcome.  If you are here to cause trouble, then spare yourself the energy.

 No, not here for trouble. I like the board and have an interest in Guns and gun rights. I own two myself, an my roomy is an avid collector, with more money so he has more firepower. [:D] But I also think you cannot separate guns from politics, and I fairly certain you guys agree with that. As for the website being 'kooky' well, maybe to you, but it is nothing more really than a web offering dissent, and showing what I/we believe to be some major, humongeous problems with Bush and his Charachter. Thats all, you dont have to agree. But its my opinion. And as far as promoting the site, I was doing a small amount of that as well, but it is also just an extension of what I beleive, which is what these boards are really for, and remember, this is the general discussion thread. And Raf saw my posts, so if they are somehow inappropriatte, Im sure he would have said something.

As far as the Kyoto accords, I was never in favor of them, thinking they will lead to a globalized system of government, eventually anyways. I was glad when he pulled out. But my point is to all of this it looked like core beliefs and all that, and now Bush has done an about face on Global Warming and is agreeing with everyone [Mostly Foreign] that this is now a fact, and America is the biggest offender.

 And thats a big about face! If he can do this with things like that, we really don't know what he could do with Guns and guns laws, especially with the new Patriot Act, which is not very good law. He seems to be the most pro-gun President in modern history. But a few months ago he also seems to be the most anti-global warming President in modern history as well.

 Appearances aren't everything. And it seems the more i have found about about George Bush II, the more dirt, and serious dirt that comes to the surface.

 And why did I vote for Bush? Because it was Bush, someone I had respect for, although admittedly not knowing anything about him but what I could glean from news, from newspapers and online. He was a lot closer to some or most of my own. But also because, in my opinion, Gore would have been like another 4 years of Clinton, IMO, so can ya blame me for that? [%|]

 So, for what its worth~ [:D]

p.s. I understand that some of you might have a little respect for the guy, but, you know he just declared war on some 60 nations last week and all of this without any declaration of war from him or Congress. Its like a missile of the Month club from America. A war against whoever we don't like this month or that month. And, IMO, this is just about the most dangerous posture this man could be taking. But then, thats my opinion.

Really, it's just tweaking and re-tweaking. Rotomatting, distortion, color adjustment, some strategic blurring, etc. I work in the special effects industry, and do a lot of this stuff. One thing I'd suggest is that if you like do do this sort o stuff, get a drawing tablet [b]immediately[/b]. The pressure and angle sensitivity (I use the Wacom Intuos2) makes this a lot easier. As for software, even Photoshop Elements will do - although once I have my layers down I usually tweak stuff in After Effects or another compositor.
