Today is Mrs Ducks 40th birthday. I feel bad that thanks to my unexpected surgery over the weekend that I can't do anything for her today. I had a party all planned out but had to cancel it due to my body giving me the finger once again.

Sorry to hear about your surgery Duck.
Could you cuddle up on the couch and rub her feet while watching a movie-or something like that? I'm sure she understands that your present circumstances aren't your fault, but doing something for her that is within your current limitations would probably be appreciated
