NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — An Oklahoma judge has revoked the bond of a former nurse who is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.
Amy Marie Blose, 37, had been free on $20,000 bond pending trial with the condition that she not have contact with children. Cleveland County Judge Michael Tupper on Friday determined that Blose had contact with minor teenagers and asked one of them to pass a note to her alleged victim.
The Norman Transcript (http://bit.ly/qZUEoM ) reports that Blose's lawyers, Charles Douglas and Keith Nedwick, convinced the judge to reduce her bond from $150,000 after her April arrest. But they couldn't convince Tupper to let Blose remain loose.
"Evidence is clear and convincing that she has made direct contact with teenage minors on more than one occasion. Evidence is clear she has had indirect contact with the alleged victim in this case," Tupper said
