Dunno, wouldn't sell mine though that's for sure!

No. In fact I found one sitting in my closet just a few days ago.

Seriously, the only ones I've seen in shops lately are .40cals.

Gunbroker usually has a few.

You looking for something particular?  The Beretta variety seems to be hardest to find.  The Glock versions don't seem that rare.

Here's a Beretta 9mm one for $335:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=253904161

And the search I used to find a bunch of them:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/SearchResults.aspx?SearchType=0&Timeframe=0&Keywords=2000&Cat=3024&Items=50

They might be hard to find at your local dealer, but they are not exactly impossible to find.

thanks, I'll see if my dealer can get ahold of one

I see them in .40 fairly often.

The 9mm variety seems pretty rare.

I only wish I could get the 9MM one that takes Glock mags.  I have never seen one.

Hell check the EE, they are not every place, but not "rare" just have to look.

I've had one on order with my local FFL for close to 7 months.

We get them in every few months. Only one at a time and never more than about 6 to 8 a year.

I have yet to find a Sub-2000 in 45ACP and that uses Glock 21 mags.

For the third time in this thread - check Gunbroker!

There are lots of them, and the prices aren't that crazy.

These things are simply not rare.

Your local dealer might not be able to get one through distribution, but there's this new thing called the internet that makes it possible to find all sorts of otherwise hard-to-find items and have them shipped just about anywhere.

9mm that takes glock mags shipped to your ffl for under $400.

I'd love to have the beretta version, since I might someday actually own a 92.  Anyone know if the 32 round aftermarket mags work at all?

I tried some 30rd aftermarkets in my Beretta grip Sub2K, but they were crap. Constant FTEs. But this is years ago, I guess they might be better now.

The only reliable  >15rd mags I've encountered are the 20rd MecGars.

Eta: it just occured to me OP. Have you checked Gunbroker? There might be one for sale there.

I've never seen a 9mm Glock mag version in a gun store, and I spent about 3 years with the cash in my pocket looking through every gun store I could find to get one.  Only ever seen one in person, most every one I've seen is .40 cal.

I'd love to get a SU16CA, but I've never seen one of those in person either.

I didn't realize there was a difference.   I just want the one that uses the Glock 33 rd mags.

Both 17 & 19 models will do that.

You mean like the top one in the picture?

You should have posted your interest in the WTB forums, then i could have sold it to you. I just traded it off for another AR.
I was going to post it, honestly though i am getting tired of interested parties asking me what my bottom dollar is. My response is 'will your ffl accept from a non ffl" 60% of the time the reply is. Well i was just curious but i don't have any money, OR i need to check with the wife???. The other 40% of members on all boards do step up to the plate and ready to buy.
A real buyer has cash in hand and ready to deal.
Example i just received 2 e-mails about 5 min apart on a scope i had marked SPF.
First em: If you accept $450 for it consider it sold
2nd e-m Opps Make that $400.00    Seriously??

ANYWAY RANT OFF AND BACK OT

I purchased the G19 sub2k for the spouse as a b-day present. She did not like the cheek weld or ergonomics, just wasn't for her. I ran a few mags and then remembered why i didn't like them either.

BTW: the lever action is/ was a Marlin 1894C in .357, sold that 2 days ago to an FFL for way beyond book. He says they move faster than he could log them in, but new ones from his vendors are back ordered.

I have a couple of G19s and a metric butt-ton load of the 15 round mags, and only 4 of the 33 rounders. Plus, I want to get this for the wife (small hands) and the G19 model would be best.  Wouldn't be prudent to buy a 2000 that the 15 rounders wouldn't fit.

Most of the ads on Gunbreaker don't tell if they take the 17s or 19s.  Heck, I've asked most of the sellers what mags will fit their rifles and the replies I have received are "I don't know".

Maybe next year, after the Halfrican is gone, the availability will get better.

Kel tec makes them in batches, and then they make Their way through distributors.  Not surprisingly, the Glock 9pm models go first.  Pretty sure they do them in the winter.  Mine came in back in Feb when a ton of them hit the market.  Got it right at the dealer price too.

Cool gun worth the hunt.
