Is one of the brethren an independent insurance agent who can write a policy in St. Pete, or can someone recommend one?

One of my sons is down there trying to set up his own modus vivendi for the first time, and is getting brain cramps figuring out insurance. I don't want to do it for him if it's not necessary, but he needs guidance from somebody trustworthy.
