I'm thinking the relevance of his tattoo is moot since he has a rap sheet that includes prior arrest and is now incarcerated again.
It appears the popo have the upper hand. It is now the popo saying "fuck you scumbag" again, we got your ass, again. Wouldn't it been better for him to just say "fuck the Police" instead of writing it on his face? Part of his punishment should be, he is given a cheese grater and he must remove the tattoo while in custody. |
