That is just about the dumbest thing I've ever heard of anyone doing. I can't imagine ANY scenerio where I would come to the conclusion that sticking a needle in my dick sounded like a good idea!

The article brings up a good point. Plastic surgeons have absolutely no problem performing breast augmentation surgery, but will not do penile enlargement.
