How is it legal for that creepy 51-year-old actor to marry a 16-year-old? Can he get arrested if they go to a state that has a different age of consent?

She's the oldest 16yr old I've seen.
I think it's messed up, what would a person want with someone who is 35yrs older than they are. I guess one plus for her is he'll probably be dead when she is fairly young so she'll have the money and still be young enough to enjoy it with a new man .
