I was telling my wife about all the people on here and what type of jobs they have. And I got to thinking, How many different positions or occupations are represented here.
I am currently a Network and Systems Administrator. I have done a lot of things, one time I was an Audiological Forensic Surgeon (I removed the ear bones from Halibut for a scientific study) What have you done or do you now do? |

Husband, father is much easier than manager, but pretty much the same thing. Engineer is easiest. Husband father most rewarding. |

Was a Unix systems admin (AIX, HP-UX) for an ultra cool aerospace company but i've been recently assimilated into a Conglomeration of Smaller Companies. Resistance was futile.

I graduated as an electrical engineer, but ever since the cold war ended I have been in telecom. I'm still an engineer, but I haven't done any "real" engineering in years. Telecom is more like hooking up a giant stereo system.

I sit in a 10x10 foot gray box for 8 hours a day dotting "i's" and crossing "t's". Occasionally some random fvcking a$$hole will wander in and blow $hit at me.

I'm an industrial mechanical contractor.
Mainly stainless sanitary piping systems and tank installations for the food,beverage,chemical and pharmicutical industry. I also own a small plumbing and electrical company that I got into on accident about 4 years ago that is starting to do well. |
